ABSOLUTELY awful! I would NEVER recommend this guy or the Edward guy for anything! They call you and try to email you a million times to GET your business, but once they get it, radio silence. We got notification after notification about meeting to pay, but upon going into our account was told we didn't owe anything. After attempting MULTIPLE times to get ahold of at least 1 of them, we had to just assume it was a mistake on their end. Now, weeks later, we get a snobby call from one of their people acting like my husband was lying after explaining the issues we were having with them and then the nerve to insult us! Literally had them for almost 2 months and ready to look for a new insurance company. EDITED TO ADD: here's a piece of advice..... Don't tell people who waited from 3 pm until apparently when you closed, to call you to resolve the issue.... Insanity
